Nocturnus AD Perform New Track 2016-07-07 by Black Daimon | 9 Comments | Almost 26 years after the pioneering classic The Key, Mike Browning and the newest reincarnation of Nocturnus (under the name Nocturnus AD) are back with the cult classic's true successor. Though no official album announcement has been made, Browning has been teasing updates on Facebook about the follow-up album to The Key, and tonight the first track from the album has been shown performed live by the band. Called 'The Antechamber', the music picks up right where The Key's closer 'Empire of the Sands' left off, and can only be considered the true continuation of Nocturnus' sound after the unfortunate circumstances that surround the band's history.
'The Antechamber', performed live, can be streamed here:

| | | Great news!
Thresholds is still a jam.
| | | They Key was really good. Hype!
| | | If this is anything like The Key, am hype'd
| | | super excited for this
| | | Love The Key, good to see this guys are back.
| | | Threshold was way way better than the key ! Possessed the priest was the missing link between threshold and the key They just want go into that king of old school death metal vibe
| | | The Key was better, imo.
Pretty good song, hard to hear the vocals on the video but from what i can hear, the bass is much more present than on Nocturnus (which really isn't a bad thing).
Can't wait for an album :D
