Aerosmith announce last tour

2016-06-26 by Benjamin Kuettel EMERITUS | 27 Comments
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler stated on the Howard Stern show that the band has been planning on embarking on a farewell tour in 2017, and afterward, would retire. He did not rule out making one more studio album.

The band is nearly 50 years old, and breakup rumors had been circulating for years. Tyler has also been working on a country music solo album, which will be released in July, to the chagrin of his bandmates.

Toys in the attic is an excellent album and nothing they ever did can come close (well maybe rocks but that's it).

I really like several of their albums tbh, always had a soft spot for them. As I never saw them live I'll def try to catch them if they come nearby.

Nobody can touch classic Aerosmith. Their albums from the 70's are classic rock at it's finest. Yes, I realize they have been garbage for a long time, and have turned into a cliche. But give them some credit for what they did in the beginning.
