The rapper, real name Jayceon Taylor, is also accused of making a criminal threat following an altercation at a basketball game in February.
He is alleged to have been involved in a fight within the Los Angeles school zone with a player from one of the teams.
Apparently, The Game then drew a firearm from his red Cadillac Escalade and threatened to shoot the man, reports the BBC.
He is due in court today and is currently free on $50,000 bail, after being arrested at his home in Glendale last month following a raid by police.
