Tumblrcore 2014. Recently been to a concert of theirs, venue was shit, crowd was shit, the other bands were really good though.

Them and La Dispute are pretty much scene kid's first exposure to melodic hardcore after listening to only bland metalcore so it's no wonder they think it's incredible stuff

uhh, ok I can see you saying that about BAAO but La Dispute? They are extremely talent musicians and Jordan can write some reeally incredible lyrics.

Most of those ratings were a while ago before I really understood the rating system and for whatever reason, you can't change them. Which is pretty dumb. But I think you forgot to mention that I did give mewithoutYou's "Brother, Sister" a 5, which is probably one of the only 5's I would hand out again if I could redo my ratings.

Besides, La Dispute is a very talented group regardless of who else you've listened to.

I never liked bland metalcore before or after listening to La Dispute and I didn't check out mewithoutYou until after I listened to LD either, but sure, let's make dumb generalizations.

Being as an Ocean are decent.
