Depeche Mode held a news conference in Paris today to announce the first batch of stadium tour dates in support of their new album.

Starting with an in-studio collage video, backed by a brand new track which was later made freely available by their company Venusnote on Youtube, the band answered questions from the press as well as questions posed by fans via video uploads. The first leg of the tour will be in Europe, with North and South American tour dates to be announced in the near future.

According to the band, there is no title for the album yet, and only working titles for most of the songs, but the one premiered at the conference is widely speculated to be called either, 'Angel' or 'Angel of Love'.

Woa they have a 4.4 album.

I haven't heard anything from these other than that weird "Wrong" song(which i haven't heard in years)

DM is legendary. Godfathers of techno/industrial/new-wave. Black Celebration, Music For The Masses, Violator, Songs Of Faith And Devotion & Playing The Angel are all great to classic records.

The mans high vocals still have it, the lows not so much.

That's great, I hope they make it this time to Bucharest and won't happen anything to the band in the mean time. I can't wait for the new record!

It's a good song. I like the change in time signature halfway through (still trying to work out what it is). Dave's slightly oversinging it though, I think.

Kinda sounds a bit like 'I Feel You' toward the beginning...

It's a cool tune. Very cool switch. And it's in 3/4.

I'm not sure about the new song. I hope the end mix will give more of a unity, as I feel the lyrics are not attached to the music somehow.
