I just want those new songs that are gonna be on this
| |
the senses fail discog:
bleh album
okay album
bleh album
okay album
| |
yep
the fire is a kickass song though
| |
does it have 2 songs on it
| |
They're my favorite band, but best of album? uhmmm ok?
| |
definitely getting this, at least for the 4 new tracks. i always forget how much i like this band
| |
"such a meaningful band. I can't wait for their new album."
i hope to god your joking
| |
Yeah The Fire rules hard, so many good tracks and Buddy's vocal performance is arguably his best yet
| |
dammit andcas you took the words out of my mouth.
| |
Definitely buying this.
Guys helped me a lot when I was angsty in highschool.
| |
They're alright.
| |
prob the worst news of 2007
| |
they're SO good enough to deserve a best of album.
| |
awesome
i never really got why people considerr still searching their best when let this enfold you is amazing
| |
Probably the most underwhelming post-hardcore band that can be considered "good".
| |
Let It Enfold You isn't on the tracklist, album lost all credibility.
| |
i never really got why people considerr still searching their best when let this enfold you is amazing
literally never heard anyone make this claim.
| |
I hear a lot of people make that claim actually.
| |
This band and silverstein were the first bands with screamed vocals i ever liked.. The Fire went back to that Still Searching sound hopefully the new songs continue that trend.. CANT WAIT TO FINALLY SEE THEM AT WARPED!!!
| |
Best of is missing Still Searching and Daddy Issues though...
| |
I second Andcas. Sure his voice lacks at times and the lyrics are by no means genius but they're relateable and definitely help people to cope. I can't believe its been ten years.
| |
Andcas dropping knowledge bombs. Relatable is by far the best word to describe buddy.
Hopefully this will have a new song on it, then I'll buy it.
| |
Lol what are they gonna do? A best of ep?
| |
"best of" albums are lame
| |
SO fucking dumb. They have a handful of good songs, but they do not need a "Best Of" album...
| |
the album also comes with a 4-song EP of new stuff. more excited for that than the actual 'best of.'
| |
Stoked for the 4 new songs
| |
Not enough Still Searching
| |
I may have liked them when I was 14, but they don't sound as good as everyone's making them out to be.
| |
"i hope to god your joking" no I'm not. buddy's lyrics are extremely personal and relatable. they've helped me get through some shit. [2]
| |
Actually I'm not sure about the last three now, but the first sucks balls and the second will always be part of my childhood, but not amazing.
| |
I think a good rule of thumb would be, at least 6 albums for a "Best Of". This is just a marketing trick, people wouldn't buy a 4 song EP so they them onto a best of collection. Snore thank you.
| |
They have a few songs worthy.
| |
Horrible album art.
| |
Why does everyone like The Fire so much? I enjoyed Still Searching and Life is Not a Waiting Room but The Fire felt like a predictable rehash of everything they'd done up to that point. At least the album before it had legit riffs and Heath Saraceno.
| |
why does this need to exist?
also, The Fire did absolutely nothing that hadn't been done better. don't understand the hype around this band.
| |
THE LIGHTHOUSE LOST ITS BEAMM
| |
Just listened to The Fire for the first time the other day. Awesome album.
| |
Everything "musical" about them has certainly been done better elsewhere but you don't go to Senses Fail for auditory perfection you go for emotional catharsis and self-destructive, paranoid tirades over walls of sound.
| |
I definitely think let it enfold you trumps still searching. Just to verify whoever was asking above.
I, too, think Buddy rules as a lyricist.
