Industrial has had some of its best moments when it's politically charged/angry.

Did need a bit more speed, and context wise it's late - glad my own project steered clear of using the current political movements so overtly.

Yeah
He needs to stay in that industial-thrash thing he's been doing in the last few albums

What's your project?

Well it started as being similar to NIN harder work then morphed into something like digital hardcore. We're trying to record tracks to get them online but doing it ourselves definitely takes time and a lot of luck (no proper recording equipment).

Here's some rougher and older snippets, my partner is moving so we lost our practice space for a while sadly. http://soundcloud.com/Servitude

"it was meh"

Agreed. Hoping the rest of the album will be more interesting. Not sure whether I should expect anything good from this album or not.

Never been a big Ministry buff, I like when old bands get together though.

Thanks Ovrot, like I said it's been awhile since that was updated - we're forgoing the whole "release an E.P first" thing and going for a straight albums worth of material - eventually I'll be able to post whole tracks and such for listening pleasure.

Are they all gonna have vocals?

@Ovrot - yes, and not distorted ones. My bandmate does handles the screams/cleans while I just do what I can since I lack experience.

Glad you guys enjoyed it, we're working on getting a possible warehouse space and such - just a lot of stuff going on atm.

It's the opening track, we were really pleased with how it's turning out so far. I'm still learning
how to use the programs, my thing is strings -I love throwing in string segments.

Al, buddy. You said Ministry was through because George Bush was getting out of office. Now you're coming back, which is good and all, but now that corporate greed is happening, Ministry is back together. If that is seriously pivotal to Ministry, you guys are never going to break up. Ever.

Yay.

Someone should tell Al that's he's the 1% that he's bitching about. I wish these guys would grow out of their predictable and lame 'anti-establishment' rant. It may impress the young and gullible, but for an old Ministry fan like myself, I wish they'd grow up! This new stuff is shittiest shit that's ever been shat.

Song is soooo disappointing... It's not so terrible that it negates hope of an otherwise good album, but it's certainly a heavy strike against it. Al said that he was breaking up Ministry in 2008 because he didn't want to release crap albums after his peak "like the Rolling Stones did". He'd better know what he's doing... Cuz this song sucks.
