Sanctuary Reunite 2010-05-12 by Metalstyles | 13 Comments | American heavy metal band Sanctuary have officially reunited.
The band broke up in 1991. Vocalist Warrel Dane, bassist Jim Sheppard and guitarist Jeff Loomis went on to form the progressive metal act Nevermore.
Dane posted the news on the band's MySpace: "Since I have been talking about this in interviews already I should probably just say it... there will be another Sanctuary record, been talking with Lenny (guitarist) ... we are really good friends again and it feels good... I missed my relationship with him for many years... but Nevermore is never going away so don't start any more rumors"
