Everything Must Go is pretty great too. I'm glad they're not going any farther down that path though.

lol this is actually the first time ive ever heard of a band member publically condemning their own album.

i do understand what he means, it's not necessarily a bad album. Though it's just not up to the standard that he would he
preferred. And by having "let go" both the Matt's and acquiring John and Shaun back is going to give them a push back in the
right direction.

But it's funny how in all the interviews before the albums release, all they did was talk about how this was the first time in a while
they felt like they were writing material that was considered to them some of their best. So they pretty much all wrote and
recorded an album they didn't even want to put out.

I dig the title track, Lonely Lonely, and Carpathia ruuuled but as a whole, it didn't blow me away. Stoked for the new stuff though.

I loved Carpathia, and Everything Must Go,....i'm sad that bass player is gone.

i can't wait for the next album, it's gonna be high school all over again for me. "everything must go" is the only track that really stood out for me in new again

thought the record was great but i can see where he's coming from too. it's a fucking awesome summer album though.

I read an interview with him when the album came out and it was all "this is the best" and "so proud of it", then he says this sort of stuff. I'm not a massive fan, I like a few songs, so I'm crying about it but I'd be pretty pissed if I bought the album, didn't like it, and then found out that the guy who was responsible for selling it to me lied.

I really don't think he's saying "yea that album sucked." In fact he say's he is proud of it. All he's saying it wasn't really a progression for them.

I feel like it was a great album. Not as good as they have been on their first two, but not bad at all.
