New Audioslave In June

2006-01-30 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 9 Comments
A spokesman for rock supergroup Audioslave has told Launch Radio Networks that the band will release its third studio album in June of this year. Though no specifics are yet known, the band has been working on-and-off on new material since summer 2005, shortly after the release of 'Out Of Exile' in May.

The band hopes to begin touring again shortly, after a winter hiatus. The band has also been nominated for a Grammy award at next month's ceremony for 'Doesn't Remind Me,' in the Hard Rock Performance category.

I really wish they would spend more time writing songs. They're capable of putting out some really good albums.

That's a pretty quick release, considering the delay between their last two albums.
