Slash Takes Flight Again 2026-10-03 by John Marinakis CONTRIBUTOR | 1 Comments | Slash featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators have announced their fifth studio album, Flying Blind, due February 26, 2027 through Gibson Records.
The follow-up to 2022's 4 was recorded largely live at Florida's Studio Barbarosa with producer Michael "Elvis" Baskette. The band completed most of the recording in approximately a week, with Kennedy adding his vocals several months later.
The title track is available now alongside a John Harvatine IV-directed video filmed at Los Angeles' Viper Room. Slash developed its initial riff spontaneously during pre-production, while Kennedy's lyrics explore the shortcuts people pursue in their search for happiness and fulfillment.
A world tour across Latin America, North America, the UK and Europe will follow in 2027.
The tracklist is:
1. Avarice and Greed
2. Good Time Girl
3. Thrill Seeker
4. One of Your Kind
5. Flying Blind
6. Looking for a Miracle
7. Sweet Kill
8. Here in Babylon
9. Living the Dream
10. (Don't) Thread the Needle
11. Rev My Heart
12. Stem the Flow
