Interrupters Find Their Spirit 2026-10-09 by John Marinakis CONTRIBUTOR | 0 Comments | The Interrupters have released Warrior Spirit, a new single accompanied by an official music video.
The Los Angeles band created the song with Tim Armstrong of Rancid and Operation Ivy, fellow Operation Ivy co-founder Jesse Michaels, blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz.
Guitarist Kevin Bivona explained that the track combines the band's familiar ska rhythms with synthesizers and influences from their favorite early-eighties new wave acts.
Vocalist Aimee Interrupter described its message as one of resilience, encouraging listeners to find courage when facing personal battles that others may never see.
The release follows the band's latest studio album, 2022’s In the Wild. The Interrupters have also announced an extensive North American tour for spring 2027, with support on selected dates from Doom Regulator, the project featuring Armstrong and Michaels.
