theyve never been like, the peak of innovation or anything, but thats never been a requirement for me to fuck w something hard and barr's got one of my fav screams ever (particularly on concept wish he'd bring back that level of variety). concept and via in particular have a lot of prettiness and ambience going on in the background that i love too as it make the songs a lot more dynamic and yields some genuinely breathtaking moments, but i definitely understand this band not being everybody's cuppa
