boxer wasvery solid, so perhaps! i'm a sucker for fairly straightfoward - but well executed rock music.
which is basically non-existent rn.

I thought the first one was very ''expected'' National song, it was well written, produced and had great chorus, but it was just another national song.
This one has some unique parts that make it sound kinda unique, but there is no way this has the same replay value as the first single....so I am not sure which one I prefer, but the piano section in the middle of the song is gorgeous

Pretty good song. I've never really gotten into the National, though. I mean, they are obviously a very talented group of musicians.

I like a handful of their songs, but a lot of stuff I've heard from them seems to drag on a little too long for my liking. Maybe I've not given them the proper attention. Anybody agree or disagree with me on this?
