Not true . First it says "13 tracks"
Think about it . We are in the streaming world . You have bunch of services which going to stream it May 19th , so it doesn't matter if you put out half album before the official release .
Muse for example put out almost an entire album before the official release of Drones . Still they sold 1,100,000 copies worldwide in 2015 and was the best selling album in the same year . So , fans will buy it if they like it .
