oh fuck me yes
| |
cool
| |
song was short and sweet and punched me in the dick
| |
fuck
| |
punk assfuck
Don't really hear Ballou
| |
Dem vocals
| |
Holy shit, whoever wrote the article on Noisey that this track appeared on needs to be shot
| |
buckley is back hard
this has a hard ex lives vibe with hot damn! rawness going on...
| |
doesn't sound like anything that special. the backhalf is great which is weird to say for a 90 second song.
| |
it sounds like etid dude, don't tell me you were expecting proggy ventures or some shit?
| |
So that was sick.
| |
impressed. Stoked to hear the Brian Fallon guest spot.
| |
hell yea
| |
I really want to punch the toolbag who wrote the article on Noisey, though.
| |
This plus Brian Fallon should be good.
| |
underwater bimbos got me way more excited than this did but wtf you gonna do this album will rule.
| |
its only a minute and a half long dude
| |
so fucking ready
| |
let's discuss how shittily written that Noisey article is goddamn
| |
it's actually embarrassing
but yeah I dig the album art for some reason
| |
and its a better song, shit is crazy aint it? lol
I wanna see this article now
| |
that artwork is fucking amazing
| |
meh they dont deserve our clicks anyways
| |
oh that wasn't that bad, it felt like they are making fun of bros purposefully. The (ex)staff here have written worse, the fact that it isn't very funny is another thing.
| |
Solid ETID. Keith sounds a bit like Adrenaline-era Chino during the "They don't love you like I do" bit
| |
Album art rules hard.
| |
u kidz n ur core
| |
haha calc i'm just being stupidly spiteful but it is more annoying to me that they'd break the band's video with that. either way what's more important is that this song rocks and i'm excited to review the album when it drops 8-)
| |
well you had me mayne. if i'm not mistaken ballou from converge is producing this ya?
| |
yeah man, which explains why this tune sounds a bit rawer to me than the band's previous stuff from a production standpoint. i won't lie though, i don't hear too much of a difference on the whole- the songwriting in this (admittedly tiny) snippet seems more balls-out though, which i like. i think ETID are best at songs like this- on their last album it sounded like they were overthinking themselves, i'd say
| |
art is sick so its automatically at least a 3.5
| |
I don't hear Ballou either. Maybe the video just muted all the bass.
Still excited.
| |
Where's this article that everyone's speaking of?
| |
i'll probably like the new album more than ex lives
| |
dat artwork tho, 100%
| |
Where's this article that everyone's speaking of?

| |
fuck the Noisey staff and their shitty attempts at humor. I don't want anything to ever be funny. Nothing is ever funny.
| |
damn excited for this, been listening to ex lives loads recently
| |
Cool! Artwork rules
| |
Only 5 out of the 12 songs on this album exceed the 2 minute 30 seconds mark...
gna be punk m/
| |
So stoked, song ruled. Even in his attempt to be funny, the author from Noisey should feel bad.
| |
That Noisey article was horrible. I thought he was trying to describe Emmure or something.
Anyways, I figured they'd announce this record soon since Brandon Geist from Revolver told me that it was coming out in July. June/July is gonna be a good couple of months for new releases.
| |
features guest appearance from Sean Ingram of Coalesce
| |
So much happy right now from this, all of my happy even
| |
I didn't read the article. Phew.
| |
Song was alright i guess. Not great though. They shot the video around here, shame I couldn't make it to the video shoot :
| |
The video did say to be continued...so it's possible that won't be all for the song but that video was cool and that song was freaking sweet. Super fucking pumped for this release. I finally saw them live last year and my neck hurt for 9 days.
WORTH IT. m/
| |
Aw yeah, suddenly I'm feeling thirsty!
Keith Buckley is the most badass singer/teacher/poet/partycrasher ever haha
| |
good.
| |
song rules. Can't wait for the album
| |
m//// Album will rule. I'm pretty excited to see them at warped.
| |
Hey, I bought my Loma Prieta/Raein split at that record store. Dope.
| |
Song and video were sick... so stoked for the new album! They picked the shortest song on the record for the 1st single but it makes sense.
| |
"Only 5 out of the 12 songs on this album exceed the 2 minute 30 seconds mark..."
Welp, I'm even more stoked now.
| |
and even then they hardly breach 3 minutes dude!!!!
| |
so jazzed man
| |
that was fucking awesome
| |
kickass tune
| |
Sounds good. I was never into these guys until i saw them live a
While ago. They killed it
| |
these guys need to reevaluate
| |
misread as Neil Fallon, got psyched because I've always thought he'd be a good fit in one of their more southern-sounding songs. Brian Fallon's pretty cool too, though.
| |
ETID song titles, man...
| |
Best fuckin news of the year!!! This already has AOTY written all over it!
| |
Album drops early July.. that's fucking awesome.
| |
I STILL WANT TO BE DEAD WITH MY FRIENDS
| |
i don't know, this just doesn't sound proggy enough for me
| |
Ryuujin: I would lose my mind if Neil Fallon ever guested on a Every Time I Die song. That would be the best fucking thing ever.
| |
Hot damn that was good.
| |
I think taking some time off from these guys helped me reinvigorate my love for these dudes.
| |
This is gonna pit pretty hard
| |
Andy and Steve put up a new Pudcast if anyone's interested.
| |
^It's got Stevis from the Chariot, which is the real selling point for me
| |
Where is the pudcast? Is it #15? I tried looking but couldn't find it
| |
keith's vocals in this are totally reminiscent of hot damn. love it.
| |

| |
I really hope that 80's intro/riffage will be incorporated into the album somewhere.
song rules, ill bet my left nut this album will be better than ex lives
| |
I wonder why their Nirvana cover is not on the tracklisting.
They posted a vid of them recording it a while ago
| |
They said on the pudcast that it'll be on the deluxe edition, I believe.
| |
Andy also said one of the best songs they wrote for this album actually isn't on the standard edition, it's on the deluxe.
| |
deeeeeee luxe.
| |
Brian Fallon + ETID? What?
| |
how do they keep doing the same thing and still make it sound so freakin good each time???
| |
The title rips off Anthony Bourdain.
God, these guys suck.
| |
lol
| |
I mean it.

He's a huge music fan. He incorporates it into his programming whenever he gets a chance. It's like the only thing I've watched this year (No Reservations and Parts Unknown).
| |
I really want to get some of his books, I've heard they are pretty awesome.
| |
it blow my mind that people are actually excited for this
its not like every song they've ever made sounds the exact fucking same as the first one
| |
THEY DON'T LOVE YOU
| |
LIKE I DO BUT
| |
BUT I DON'T KNOW YOU
| |
LIKE THEM
| |
Need a new song.
| |
But you got Decaying with the Boys last week, leb
| |
the radio release is today btw
| |
i wonder how the brian fallon guest spot came to be
i know keith has been a big fan of them for a while
| |
this shit is gonna be so american thats why potsy is so butthurt
| |
