I liked the video. It gives Defeater the old fashioned American vibe that makes them so special.

I think this site holds them to such a high standard that a less than fantastic album, but still excellent one, like "Letters Home" gets a bad wrap because it's not as good as "Travels" or even "Empty Days and Sleepless Nights". By other albums in the genre, it is fantastic, but it just falls short of the other works of art in their discography.

Song was disappointing, but only in the context of their discography I guess. Music video was great though, good on em.

I like Defeater. They're not my favorite hardcore band but I appreciate that they're doing something different and their videos are really cool. Also I thought Empty Days was a great album, if a little uneven.

Why can't you just understand that people don't like the album and are not comparing it? I didn't enjoy EDSN either and this is just even worse, much worse.
