people need to stop fooling themselves about this. seriously, this wouldn't be where it is if there weren't tons of evidence against him. they even said they had audio recordings. he did it, he's most likely going to prison for quite some time. accept this.

and what was said in that recording (and in the Gym) would be interesting. I didnt say Tim is
innocent beyond dispute (which I do not truely believe) but there might be different versions of the
story other than the one we belive

i wonder what the band is going to do now. i feel kind of bad for the rest of the members because even though they probably had nothing to do with any of this, people will still think of their band differently now.
