This is stupid, you can't contract rabies by urine, only a bite or occasionally by saliva, and less
than 1% of bats have rabies anyway...trust me, I'm a bat biologist ;) He will be getting vaccines as a
precaution, anyone who needs to handle bats needs to get them, its not big deal. However, he may need
treated for Leptospirosis which you also get from mice, rats, dogs, deer, rabbits, hedgehogs, cows,
sheep, raccoons, opossums, skunks, and certain marine mammals, not just bats.
