Lots of nice un-generic metal song titles there.

The first song released was shit, so I'm not expecting much from this. I'll probably have a listen anyways.

Contractor was pretty underwhelming, however I'm going to give the whole album a listen when it comes out. Won't hold my breath for anything as good as ATPB though. This Message Edited On 01.08.09

I didn't think Sacrament was anything special. If the singles get my attention, I'll think about buying this.

lol Choke Sermon.

This will sound like Lamb of God. Whether it will be good or not is another question. Contractor was OK, the verses were.... odd to say the least, but I'm sure overall the album will be as solid as anything else they have done.

I really hope it doesnt have that uber-polished sound like the past two records. Thats annoying!

Count me in too. LoG are pretty solid, especially their new stuff.

The first song released was ****, so I'm not expecting much from this. I'll probably have a listen anyways.

Ummm maybe because it was live and shit quality.

band is boring. except for a few songs on their earlier releases

Yuck. Their old production was all clickity-click like Lars Ulrich drum set.

Well, the one I listened to was fine in terms of quality and definitely not live. It just sucked. Maybe it wasn't the first one released, but either way, it just sucked.

Contractor was garbage. I think Sacrament takes a bit too much flack, honestly. It is certainly over-produced, but their songwriting on it is pretty original and extremely well crafted (bar Redneck), and they certainly differentiate themselves from other modern American metal bands. That being said, it's not an amazing album by any standards. Chris Adler needs to vary his drum work too. It gets annoying hearing the same fills, and I find the production on his kit usually sounds annoying and thin.

I think this is going to be exciting! I would love to see what other great ideas that have come up with because Sacrament was amazing and that skyrockted them and this should do just that once again, or at least I think so. It's pretty anticipated.

Set To Fail is killer! Contractor.. well that one surprised me in its lack of originality.. the bass breakdown is glaringly generic. I lost a lot of steam about this album but set to fail has brought that back.
