Kanye West Arrested 2008-11-14 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 18 Comments | Kanye West has been cleared of all charges after being arrested on suspicion of attacking an English photographer.
According to TMZ, West was arrested in Gateshead, near Newcastle, England in the wee hours on Thursday morning following an allegation of assault by tabloid photograher Terry Blackburn. West was held for several hours before being released, and it has since been confirmed that no charges are forthcoming.
Blackburn was made similar allegations during October against one-time footballer, full-time lunatic Paul Gascoigne, which too proved to be unfounded.
