Plus, I've been pushed hard onto concrete by someone a LOT bigger than me running into me very fast, and only got a graze. Considering my small build is probably a hell of a lot weaker than Noel's, I highly doubt he was injured at all, let alone badly.

I get the argument about singers getting attacked...but its Noel...c'mon, he's the one that normally does the attacking. (and I'm a big believer in you deserve, you get it).
