I never liked them much but I know a lot of people do. Good news for the fans. I don't know why, but the vocalist always reminded me of the vocalist from Green Day.

the recordings aren't great, but "in vain" is shaping up to be a brilliant track, and totally different from their older stuff. it'd be nice to see a lead single with dan on lead vocals for a change too.

i heard about this earlier today when half of the bloodpact messageboard wet their pants over it.

alk3 is almost as annoying as a7x, but nothing will top a7x's terrible abbreviation.

the goddamnit rerelease is out in march.

and barbu, you need to listen to the self-titled, goddamnit, and maybe i'll catch fire, they're amazing records. although FHTI is probably my favourite overall.

"Fire Down Below" will probably only be available on the latest Warped Tour-compilation.

I didn't like "fire down below" much compared to "In Vain" and Dan's voice is better than Matt imo. and i only abbreviated it because it wouldn't fit, there are worse abbreviations. Personally - I can't wait, "In Vain" sounds good, more Dan Adriano = Win. Not so sure it's that different though, to me, it's classic Alkaline Trio- and I love it... especially the whoa-o's :DThis Message Edited On 11.12.07
