Fabulous news! Was lucky enough to see them at Outbreak this year and they were easily one of the highlights.

Tropic Rot is one of the most underrated metalcore albums of all time, there isn't really anything that sounds like it. Cautiously optimistic about this.

I saw these guys open for AFI - Sing The Sorrow tour. Wicked show.

Saw them earlier this year in BK and they still got it. Can't wait for this.

Versions is honestly a masterpiece of a record, incredibly underrated even compared to Tropic Rot. The varied instrumentation, Morricone/Western influence and wicked Tele tones just do it for me

versions has gotta be so underrated and it sounds so ahead of its time

Versions definitely needs a revisit soon.

Also not really sure why nobody talks about Tear From the Red. Some good shit on that album.

Versions could do with a remix, there's some odd production choices in there but it's still a banger record. TFTR has some absolute bops for sure. I see it as a bit of a transitional record between their metalcore origins and the more Refused-leaning post-hardcore sound on YCBY. I wonder if Derek is going to be involved with the new record? He still plays with Ryan in Sleigh Bells and had a massive influence on the songwriting pre-Versions, especially YCBY

Tropic Rot was pretty underrated imo

Nothing yet. This note came with the vinyl discog boxset they released a couple months back so I'd be surprised if we didn't hear at least something by year's end, depending on how they choose to release it.

Holy fuck, a new Poison the Well album, that is something to be excited about. These guys were one of my first metalcore/screamo bands as a wee 13 year old back in 2003, first getting into the scene. God damn I listened to this band a lot when I was pissed off or mad or sad, which happens alot when your dad dies when you're 13. Felt like they were channeling my thoughts and feelings at the time. Nerdy, Grain of Salt, Torn, Slice Paper Wrists, Botchla, man those songs are ingrained into my soul. Can't wait for this.

Tropic Rot is so good. Im excited for this !
