Funnily enough, I wrote off this band based on the name thinking they were a Nu Metal band. Thankfully they’re much more rooted in Hardcore (first album is more akin to something like Have Heart) and I’ve gotten quite into them over the past month or so.

The singles on this and their last ep Songs for the Willow both slap. Excited for this.

These guys were more interesting when they were basically an American nightmare cover band imo. all these hardcore bands trying to get more accessible to get turnstile success and it waters them down

I kind of agree, I think Songs for the Willow EP hit the sweet spot in their sound and this feels like a more watered down version of it but I’m hyped nonetheless

said it before but that whole wave needs to be put to sleep for the sake of the genre

that similar bands section is fucking yikes

love me some turnstile but the dmg glow on has done to this scene is immeasurable

wait are they all going 90s butt rock now
