Dude is talented but can never get into his music.

big change in direction for him, I'm not gonna say I prefer it to his prog metal days, but is a very good song imo

I appreciate him mixing up his style. Might check it out when it drops, he's obviously a super talented guitarist and has a knack for catchy melodies. This one didn't hook me as much as his other stuff but it certainly sounds nice. It's a good fusion of shred guitar and other instruments. Universal Language is one of my favorite instrumental shred albums, but I never really ventured into too much of his other work.

Haven't heard any of this guy's stuff before but this is pretty cool stuff. The bassist is tearing shit up and the guitar is mighty noodly which is just fine by me
