Kansas City's own "Hammerhedd" have released a new single entitled "Fruition". The teenage group, consisting of the trinity of brothers Henry, Eli, and Abe Ismert, have surfaced to deliver their own signature brand of progressive metal once again.

Oh shit, these boys about to blow up. They deserve it. They should change their name though.

Nah, Hammerhedd is fine. It's got innocent charm to it. And sounds like any thrash band name from the 80s lol

Name is fine, but I do hope they don't get too much more tech-y/prog-y (and hopefully upgrade their artwork, but the aesthetics for this single and the previous have been good enough so far).

Their brand of thrash is pretty played out by many bands before them. I like to see them experiment and think its necessary for them to hone in on a sound of their own and find a wider audience. They've already got the young brothers thing going for them. You can tell they're finding their musical identity rn and that's cool to see.
