Actually enjoy this more than anything I've heard from them in quite some time. Nothing mind-blowing or anything but a solid track

Yeah this and Omens are probably best I've heard from them since Resolution. Still absolutely nothing new for them but I like the energy they're bringing.

Pretty good. Feels like this single is a little more interesting.

it's OK but these new tracks just continuously illustrate the utter chasm in their sound left by Adler's departure. so much of what was enjoyable about their grooves came from his fancy kick work.

I don't think Chris leaving/drumming is a problem, the songs just sound uninspired.

I don't think Chris leaving made a difference with their sound imo. Hell, he probably realized just how stale and repetitive this band is and left cause he was burnt out. This album doesn't sound too bad though and looks like a 3 for me so far

I like some of the riffing and Randy sounds as solid as ever. At the end of the day LOG has been doing the same thing for 20 years at this point so the fact that it sounds safe shouldn't surprise anyone.

Also, you can barely tell the difference between Adler and Cruz.

“Hell, he probably realized just how stale and repetitive this band is and left cause he was burnt out.”

The opposite is true. Just watch any of their older ‘making of’ videos and you’ll quickly see how much Adler detested any deviation from their formula.

"They haven't really done anything interesting or really great since Wrath imo"

Agreed, Resolution is underrated tho
