Dancing is alright, Another Life was so boring I forgot it came out

both singles are miles better than last couple discs

i feel like im on the opposite wing, i'm not feeling these singles but i really liked their last album

Fallout was a pretty decent 4.0. Modern Post Hardcore goodness along with The Deceiver from The Word Alive.

While I think it’s cool they went heavier, and legit they are catchy and sound good at times, I hate that the band doesn’t write their own music. It just feels disingenuous coming from the artists we know and live in the scene who wrote their own stuff

If they wrote the last one then it's probably for the best they didn't write before that because that album was a pile.

They write their own stuff now but they have a fifth “member” who writes with them, records with them, but doesn’t tour and isn’t officially in the band. I think the reason he gave was him being a family man and touring would be a strain on his lifestyle. So they do write everything, but they technically have outside help. Their last album was good, I think Retrograde was sweet too. Their lyrics are cheesy and really do suck but the music itself is pretty nice
