Icon For Hire Drop New Video 2020-10-04 by Rolling Girl | 8 Comments | 4 years after their last LP, Icon For Hire have announced a new album, Amorphous, along with its first single "Curse or Cure". The band has also included details and hopes with the new record with their Kickstarter campaign linked below.
"Amorphous describes that feeling of finding growth in the midst of incredible discomfort, of embracing the process even when it stings. That seems to sum up how we’ve been feeling as of late. These songs have been lovingly recorded throughout our quarantine, and we’ve labored over every lyric, every note, trying to perfectly capture the essence of what we want to share with you. The high energy rock tracks, the soaring anthems, the emotional ballads-it’s all here. Our guitarist Shawn Jump co-produced it with David Thulin, and we are fortunate enough to work with Romesh Dodangoda (Bring Me the Horizon) on mixing, mastering by Howie Weinberg (Twenty One Pilots). The results? This album hits HARD. Our first single, Curse or Cure, can hopefully convince you of that😉."
