2020-04-16 by Mitch Worden EMERITUS | 1 Comments
French progressive rock/metal band Riviere have recently announced details regarding a new album. Currently under the title Passage, the sophomore effort is slated for a 2020 release. No concrete information has yet been given regarding the exact timing of the record's debut, although Riviere have implied it will be soon.

Alongside this post, the group also showcased new material that will be included on Passage. This is the first demonstration of fresh music from the Riviere camp since their initial release, Heal, in January of 2017.

Their debut was pretty nice, and I covered it in the relatively bygone days of 2017. Not sure if the single is very 'wow' worthy, but they've got my attention. Be interested to see if they can capitalize on Heal and develop further.
