@LunaticSoul The first track was not very promising, I agree (most bands cannot pull off the skronky death metal sound melodically) but this new track right here is really good stuff, imo. They're definitely switching things up from the last 2 albums. Maybe you just have to adjust your expectations a bit?

Sisyphos is an okay song. I enjoyed it for what it was, but the style and approach of the second song is where I feel like these guys really shine. Their last album was fantastic, so I have reasonably high expectations for this one after the first two singles.

This is solid. So glad that they're still around. It's been a while since Derivae.
