Underground, cult composer Toby Driver (maudlin of the Well, Kayo Dot) is streaming his highly-awaited, chamber-oriented, singer/songwriter solo album They Are the Shield via PopMatters.

Driver stated that They Are the Shield is his first venture into maudlin of the Well-style songwriting structures in nearly a decade. Fans have already been unofficially declaring the album "Part the Third."

The album releases on September 21st, 2018 via Blood Music.

The album is already available in full at Name Your Own Price on Bandcamp.
