Pale Horses was for sure the biggest grower in their discography for me. At this point I'd probably put it up there as one of my favorites as well. Super duper stoked for this.

Not a fan of Yip's production style, but he did a pretty decent job on their last record.

I posted, but I'm super pumped. lol @ the guy in the podcast who said that this was the first time they really tried anything screamy.

Someone please convince me this band is good! On paper they should be my favourite but I've gave them so many chances and can't get it. Where is the excitement? They are like glass without the jaw, Jimmy without the world, poison without the well. Mid paced amateur and the meaning of the word overrated. Open for suggestions and arguments cos no one was more disappointed than me when I trudged through their discography.

I guess the vocals make or brake it for la dispute but it's pure poetry over some of the most interesting and varied instrumentation in heavy music full stop. Mewithoutyou is just like standard mid paced blandness.
I stand to be corrected if I finally manage to get into them.
