Silhouettes is godly, but honestly they were pretty bland after that. They kinda just blurred into the djent trend.

I would just call it an indefinite hiatus. Group members trying to focus on their families or something. That stuff happens quite often so it kind of sweeps those assumptions away.

Not that surprised. Without Eric and Jochem the band has always seemed to lose a bit of their soul with each record. Can't say I've really enjoyed anything after Silhouettes.

Phenotype lost me a little bit but Dualism was killer.

Damn was looking forward to Genotype, band ended on a high note, Timeless is one hell of a swan song.

They kinda make it sound like Genotype will probably see the light of day some years down the road, but musical trends will probably have changed by then. Real bummer here, talented band.

A bit of bummer for me. These guys are like the biggest local metal band from my area and their old members have started a couple of great projects so I imagine some of them will bring us great new work.

silhouettes was fantastic but their last 2 albums have been duds other than a few songs here and there
