Ex-Haji's Kitchen singer's cancer battle 2016-09-23 by DatsNotDaMetulz | 3 Comments | Haji's Kitchen have recently informed fans that former vocalist Vincent Mullins, who performed on sophomore effort Sucker Punch and was last heard fronting Half-Life, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma in his brain and lungs. The diagnosis came in July and he has been receiving treatment since, although mounting medical bills have made the fight even tougher for him. The band has shared a GoFundMe page to assist the singer in gathering funds to fight this advanced form of cancer.

Haji's Kitchen have been performing as a studio band with vocalist Daniel Tompkins (TesseracT, Piano, In Color, ex-Skyharbor, ex-First Signs Of Frost) since 2011 and are currently working on material for their 4th album.

Not certain yet that it's terminal. It's very advanced but it's not yet terminal that I'm aware. Stage 4 cancer has been successfully driven to remission before.
