would be cool if they actually put out something quality to get back in the game but i doubt that's gonna happen. they're in too deep

I'm actually pretty excited about their upcoming release. The teasers I've heard so far let on that they're going back to their heavier style (even though SBM was pretty heavy at times). I absolutely have a nostalgia bias, but I feel like this new album's gonna shred.

I'll actually be checking out the new album. I've ignored their last two.

Half Hour Of Power and All Killer No Filler were amazing when I was 15/16 so I'll always have a soft spot for these guys. Glad they sorted their shit out.

havent listened to this band in a while. might revisit the stuff i thought was decent.

I totally love "Chuck" and I've heard that their earlier guitarist was back (But maybe he came back after the writing of the new album) so I'll keep an ear on what they pull out.
And yeah, I'm glad the singer survived and not only because I like their music.

Deryck's had a great turnaround in health since his near-death episode in 2014. Here's hoping this new drive in him means a good comeback album from the band.

Chuck is their best, yup.

They haven't put out a good record since Chuck and IMO they were better as a drunk summertime pop punk band (Half Hour/AKNF) but this will be interesting, anyway

It's hard for a pop-punk band to age gracefully. Either you mutate into something else or you look like a bunch of haggard old men trying to sing about shit you did in high school; which is sad.

I haven't been disappointed by a single album that this band's released; so color me fucking excited for this.
