i dont really like eithers music, but i cant stand MM at all as a person. sometimes he makes some intelligent remarks about politics, society and what not but all in all hes just weird. gerard is cool though. both need to lay off the makeup

Man I could give so many more examples but I got bored of copying and pasting so much. I had some fun with Exhibit B though. The ridiculous thing is that Manson used it for flagrant flagrant shock value whereas MCR uses it to appear "dark" in the trendy myspace type way. Absurd.

The whole point of his name is to type something so connected with the beautiful American ideal (Marilyn Monroe) with something that 100% antagonizes that ideal (Charles Manson). It's actually a pretty genius artist name.

Seriously, I just think that Manson is an ass. Who does he really think he is? I didn't even relate the two of them until Manson said something. I like everyone else dont really care for either one, and Manson isn't helping sell records by looking like a jerk. My respect for this clown is in the negatory right now, for Manson that is.

Manson = Gerard... Manson on a musical scale of sonic evolution- -1/10...
Both these bands just try to make everything a publicity stunt. MCR with thier lame videos (eg. mutilating perfectly good equipment!) and Manson pissing himself about a new band entering his genre. Hope they both get stuck in a huge hole with fans hating them.
