New track is nice, album will probably rule as always m/.

Band never dissapoints.
|
| |
I really thought that said "green black metal" at first and I was very confused.
What the fuck would green black metal be? Hippie black metal? screaming about saving the trees and smoking weed?
I don't think that would be allowed.
|
| |
you know that already exists, right? Cascadian bm started like a decade ago.
|
| |
Good track, but for the first time I feel that the band has started repeating itself, and not in a good sense.

"Good track, but for the first time I feel that the band has started repeating itself, and not in a good sense."
I agree about repeating themselves but I think this was solid enough that they could pull off another album like this.
Hopefully this doesn't mark the beginning of a downwards spiral though

I follow their work since 2010's Aealo and their new form is really pleasing and I like the greek elements they put in their music, as I can relate to them. This song is majestic, the vocal delivery is superb, thespian, tragic and passionate. Elthe Kyrie...
|
| |
You should check Theogonia. Came out right before Aealo and is easily their best work
|
| |
This album will slay just like the rest of their stuff.
|
| |
I've heard Theogonia, A Dead Poem and their debut album I think. Maybe even Sanctus Diavolos or Khronos. It's just that I learned them with Aealo! Also, it happens that I prefer their newer stuff from their old.
This album will slay just like the rest of their stuff. [2]

Need to jam these guys.
|
| |
Indeed Pleb m/.
|
| |
They kvlt hard?
|
| |
Ehhhhh not really. They're more melodic/symphonic, but not cheesy.
|
| |
Sounds swee, will jam their last record.
|
| |
The spoken word shit was reeeeeeeally annoying but this album will slay obviously
|
| |
They've got their own sound and it rules.
|
| |
"Sounds swee, will jam their last record."
Jam Theogonia
We were just over this
|
| |
Jam Theogonia [2].
|
| |
Theogonia is def the way to go if you're just getting into the band yeah. Non Serviam is my personal fav though.
|
| |
Kata Ton Daimona Eaytoy is better than Theogonia, sue me
|
| |
They both slay agreed.
|
| |
Enuma Elish and Nemecic almost go too hard. But you cannot beat In Yumen Xibalba. One of the best album openers there is
|
| |
Damn I'm gonna have to go through and jam some of their stuff again, it's been a while. This was one of the first bands I checked when I was really starting to get into bm.
|
| |
The opening pair of The Sign of Prime Creation and Keravnos Kivernitos on Theogonia slays everything else they've done
|
| |
I love the little speech right in the beginning. And then:
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
Those two tracks basically feel like one long song
|
| |
song was OK. I'm fine with Kata Ton Demona Eaftou pt II so bring it ooooon.
|
| |
cool stuff
gonna be good af
|
| |
The only album i don't like from these guys is Khronos tbh
|
| |
Thy Mighty Contract rules bro, but Theogonia would be way easier for someone just getting into these guys. Unless of course they're already a bm fan then I wouldn't argue with that at all.
|
| |
Not a fan of that vocal backing track, but the rest of the song is ace
|
| |
For me, as I can understand most of what she's saying, it's an excellent touch of drama. Like, literally. It's taken from an ancient greek theatre play.
|
| |
fucking great track
|
| |
Sucks that most people can't understand the lyrics, they really add to the atmosphere of the song
|
| |
This was great!
