Good shit

I am loving the direction they are taking with these new tracks. I thoroughly enjoyed OBPL but I have a feeling I will enjoy Pure in the Plastic just a little more.
| |
yeah, it's a much poppier sound but i really like it too. i especially liked that one song - 17 years?
| |
I really dig the vocals on this track...very relaxing and melodic. Amazing how the vocalist used to scream his lungs out on Birth. Eater and now does this kind of experimental music.
| |
Birth. eater was the beeest. OBPL was awesome too. This should be great
| |
wasn't birth. eater when they were a generic post-hardcore band?
| |
That was cool
| |
Pretty good!
| |
i wouldn’t call birtheater generic at all. The tide maybe but they stepped their game up on that LP
| |
every song they've released is brilliant. when the hell is it coming out??
| |
hmmm. i think it was maybe the tide i was thinking about.
just listened to the family disease. the chorus was kind of meh but that bridge. god damn. are there other great moments like this on the album?
| |
Give the fans what they want! The Tide V2.0
| |
its an amazing album with great lyrics and vicious vocals. Get on it!
| |
Also I don’t want the tide 2.0
| |
tide 2.0 is never happening. They literally changed their band name to create a new identity. Oceana is no more.
| |
yeah tide was terrible. definitely enjoying birth. eater a hell of a lot more
| |
The Tide was a good album. The vocals were not the best but the instrumentals were top notch, and the album as a whole had a good vibe and atmosphere.
| |

Brennan never screamed in Oceana, screamer left the band after Birth.Eater and formed Decoder.
| |
Brennan did the majority of the screams. Yes a member of oceana went on to scream in decoder, but it wasn't their main dude
That being said dead speaker will probably always be my favorite from these guys
| |
Nah, Keith did the vast majority, if not like, all of the screaming on The Tide. You can tell because the screaming sounds entirely different on Birth.Eater and if you hear Keith's vocals for Decoder, it sounds just like his vocals for The Tide.
| |
Keith left before Birth.eater, Brennan did both cleans and screaming vocals on their second LP
| |
There we go^ Keith is on the tide, Brennan took over skramz on birth.eater
