Grave Pleasures debut new song

Finnish gothic rockers Grave Pleasures (formerly known as Beastmilk) have offered the first taste of their upcoming album Dreamcrash with a track entitled 'Crying Wolves', which can be streamed below. The Tom Dalgety-produced album is currently slated for release on September 4 via Columbia Records.

a bit surprised at some of those negative reactions. the chorus isn't quite as strong as I'd hoped, but it doesn't sound too different from Climax to me - slower-paced and less of an energetic rocker, but Climax had songs like that too. Kvohst said in an interview that there would be more diversity along with the Climax-esque rock tracks, and this seems to reinforce that idea to me.

there's a live recording of a track called "Lipstick on Your Tombstone" floating around, and it seems to fall more in line with the stuff on Climax. if you're disappointed by this, maybe that will be more your thing.

Heard this earlier today and yeah it was alright and all but it left me kinda underwhelmed in all honesty. Didn't have that same energy that tracks like Death Reflects Us and Genocidal Crush had

What you is talking about is a distinct lack of zazz which I totally agree with. This distinctly lacks the high level of zazz the rpevious album had but its still a enjoyable track.
