FIR's best work. album does indeed have the feel of dying is your latest fashion

god above, guillotine, chemical, and bitter end are all pretty decent

the stupid childish bullshit lyrical themes of Fashionably Late are gone but that's not to say that the album is mature in any sense of the word, FIR has matured like a toddler matures to a pre-schooler.

the vocals are pretty good but over-layered in most parts, the guitar work is a step up and the bass and drums exist as well.

album is a generous 3.0 but as usual with bands like this specific songs are better than the album as a whole

Ronnie wants this to be DIYLF2, which he more or less succeeded at. I think My Apocalypse II should've been the Guillotine IV tho because it's more in line lyrically with the original tracks.

I feel like most people consider this album to be a solid turd compared to the diarrhea that was FIR's last album.

God this is going to be awful.

It was prison man. He didn't try any of this rap bullshit before and all their songs were pretty straight forward metalcore/post-hardcore. I bet the record companies offered him a sweet deal while he was in jail and he probs just sold his soul to them, ETF had already kicked his ass to the curb cause his probation and shit wouldn't even let them tour
