Why is it Mark and Travis's responsibility to hunt down and talk to someone who is ignoring them and conveniently dodging them? It's Tom who should have responded to his friends messages and emails, not send his manager to fight his personal battles.

I think something like this could really fuel an epic Blink album. Every great album they wrote was fueled by anger to some degree, and arguably that's what their last one was missing. I wouldn't be surprised if they wrote one last album as Blink and I wouldn't be surprised if this incident fuels it, regardless of whether Tom actually come back or not.

You can't have blink without any of the original 3 dudes. The band should have never reunited. Neighborhoods was awful. The self titled is an incredible album but sadly they let their egos get in the way when they were at the height of their career and fell apart. Tom obviously can't balance what he wants to do (AVA) with what his former band mates and fans want. Regardless I would love to hear another blink album on the same caliber as the self titled but that is highly unlikely

Mark and Travis explicitly expressed they want to tour off their old material and I think playing under a new name will only steer them away from ideas they think would resonate with blink. Rebranding is hard too, blink-182 is a strong brand and the difference in appeal, even by just changing the name, is astronomical.
