More Guns N Roses Demos Leak 2007-05-04 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 12 Comments | Three new Guns N' Roses demos have leaked on to the interwebs following the unauthorised dissemination of 'Madagascar' earlier this year.
All three leaked demos have been performed live in the recent past. 'The Blues' has been a staple of the band's set since 2001, 'Chinese Democracy' has made sporadic appearances in the same timespan (much like the band), while a less-developed demo of 'I.R.S.' was leaked to filesharing sites early last year and was subsequently incorporated into the band's summer tour set. The new leaks eminate from Finland, allegedly.
No statement from the band has been forthcoming, however official band mouthpiece/censor Jarmo Luukonen had the following message for eager fans at semi-official message board Here Today... Gone To Hell: "Don't bother starting new threads about certain songs at this point. Since I'm not gonna answer any questions or give any kind of timetable on whether or not it'll be ok in the future, this one's locked."
Luckily, we've located all three songs for you so you don't need to interact with GNR fans of any sort.

Chinese Democracy (song) kicks a hell of a lot of ass. I didn't like it much before.

I love me some GNR leaks. Again, still isn't worth over 10 years of wait, but very promising.
And The Blues is the best yet.

they are just cheapening the band, their only good cd was the first two

To be honest, of the 5 demos I have, it's looking like a decent rock album with simplistic pop hooks. This isn't Guns N Roses, it's just Axl's side project. The music isn't nowhere near as complicated as with the original line-up.
