The vocals fit a little bit better here, but they're definitely still the weakest link. Not nearly enough emotion or energy there. This is chunky osdm, man, is it too much to ask for some angry vox?
| |
vocals suck, they just blurt one line at a time with no real effort to fit with the riffing
instrumentally it's a great track
| |
I realise Mikael Åkerfeldt and Peter Tägtgren would be tough acts to follow but jesus christ surely they could have picked a better suited vocalist for Bloodbath. The dude can barely growl nowadays.
| |
I'm really trying to ignore the vox
| |
At least they're somewhat low in the mix. It's a shame that they're that bad.
| |
Yeah pretty weak vocals, but musically pretty rad.
| |
Yeah pretty much what everyone else is saying, vocals are weak but the song rules and I love how thrashy it is
| |
Yeah the vocals definitely got better. Nick Holmes used to have such a beast growl. This is disappointing because the riffs are fucking awesome.
| |
The rest of the album is better, trust me
| |
yeah, but are the vocals?
| |
This sucks so bad I laughed out loud when the vocals started. Paradise Lost is one of my favorite bands so I don't understand why Nick Holmes sounds so bad here.
| |
man musically this slays. but those vox wtf
| |
isn't this how the vocals are on that one mayhem album
| |
i'm jk btw
| |
they really couldn't just get peter again
| |
Should've just kidnapped Sauron and made him do it.
| |
Sauron on vocals would be sick
