Solid album just like Part 1. I love that they came back with this double album, Audio Secrecy had me worried there for a while.

First thing I thought of when I heard the intro noise to Black John was Bioshock. Guess that means I've been playing too much of it.

Can't wait to hear this. Gonna wait until the 9th so I can buy it (coupled with the new Volbeat) and really get a feel for it. Will be a great week of music.

Listened to it front to back today driving back and forth to my band rehearsal, my first impression is that it's better than part 1. I really am pumped to listen to both parts together

I'd say my favorites first listen are Red City, Black John, Gravesend, and surprisingly, Do Me A Favor (originally I couldn't stand it, but it works perfectly on the album, it's grown on me a lot)

All of those tracks rule yeah. The title track is easily one of the best songs they've done too.

This band is the last I would've expected an epic concept album from, and they pulled it off really well, kudos to them

Does this sound anything like their self titled? Didn't listen to Part 1 because I just heard it just wasn't that good.

Yeah its seriously awesome they really brought out their full potential on this double album which is great cause they were always capable of more than just being another mainstream rock band that the radio overplays to hell

The first track sounds interesting, might have to go back and listen to the first part to get the concept.

Not getting the hype for the title track though, unless there's another part to it it seems like sort of a crappy closer, especially for a concept album. But then again maybe I should actually listen to the full album.

Man, I'm not really feeling any of these songs. I guess I understand that it's supposed to "flow" like a soundtrack and it's probably better in that context, but I'm pretty bored upon first listen of most of these songs.. nothing stands out so far.
I guess i'll give it another listen or two.
