lol i really don't think it's a huge deal. i might have in the past, but i'm pretty sure hearing 30 seconds of a song without the context of the full thing won't ruin it, much like video game previews, movie trailers, etc., rarely ruin the overall experience of watching/playing/listening to something.

Sputnik has some of the biggest douchers on it, a.k.a. Dawija, ur an idiot. ViralOblivion listens to a lot of different stuff, for example, Red Hot Chilli Peppers is one of his favorites and that in no way, shape, or form applies to rape or death music. And Rise against isn't great, but everyone is allowed to like a band if they want, plus Brand New is great. And I like Deftones a lot, but they are certainly overrated by this site, which essentially has this album as the greatest album of all-time, rated by people who haven't even heard it yet, just based on status.

I don't think White Pony was their best album. I think Around the Fur and Diamond Eyes are. White Pony was over-lauded
probably because people for some reason blew their minds over the song 'Change'. And also it had the guest appeance of
Maynard on 'Passenger'. One of the strongest songs near the end of an album. Don't forget the whole dynamic changed.
Compare Headup to Feitceira. Overall White Pony is really good, but Adrenaline and Around the Fur are what Deftones
were renowned for. Personally, I think Saturday Night Wrist, along with the self-titled are their weakest albums.

Swerve City reminds me a lot of Royal, though.

It's got a far different sound then I was expecting. Hearing some definite vibes from the self titled, mainly on Poltergeist.

I can't wait to hear this in headphones. Entombed is slow but has some nice atmosphere.

I'm going in for a fourth time -- Deftones are not metal and they suck. Let me add another phrase: People get a grip, you act like Jesus came back and is heading some nu-rock band the likes of which we've never seen. Kind of like Dethklok, but their fake metal is head and shoulders above Deftones.
