awesome
| |
That was quite good. Wasn't expecting to like it as much.
| |
the first one was awesome too
| |
This is okay, I fucking hate that Power Rangers riff about a minute 30 in tho.
| |
I liked this a lot. Thank god he's finally doing some variation with his harsh vocals. His lows are great but after hearing nothing but the same level lows with the occasional singing I got quite tired of him on Controller.
| |
he did only do lows i think. Jonathan vigil from TGI did the others
| |
BAH. Well I hope he changes it up at least a bit on the next Misery Signals album.
| |
His voice is so clear somehow, fascinates me everytime.
| |
but yeah i agree durrzo he can be super monotone
| |
lol my friend is in a horrible band called solice
| |
"he did only do lows i think. Jonathan vigil from TGI did the others"
Vigil only has that guest spot at the three minute mark, the rest is Karl
| |
well yeah thats what I meant cursebroworship
| |
This song has been around for four years as a demo, so it isn't that exciting to me. Breakdown kills
though
| |
Saw TGI live last week... guy is a boss for wearing an LA kings jersey on a 95 degree day
| |
Instrumentally this is pretty good but like on Controller his vocals, while clear, have absolutely zero emotion to them. Vocally Vigils part is the best part of the song.
| |
^ my thoughts exactly. karl is very monotone and emotionless
| |
That was pretty legit, one of the few albums I'll actually buy when released.
| |
not really. he's extremely monotone. like the only two other screamers I can think of who are even remotely as monotone are Tommy Rogers and Jens Kidman
| |
lol Jesse was waaaaaaaay worse
| |
but what I'm saying is that the passion doesnt show through the monotone
| |
i disagree about jesse but to each his own
| |
Yeah I mean he's a great vocalist judging by the sound and clarity of his voice but it needs something more I guess haha.
| |
yeah Karl is awesome imo. just monotone. and fucking lol tomas. I know sam is great on cd. blows live
| |
sounds ok
| |
Have either of you heard the band Vessels? Not the one in the database but there's a metalcore band by the same name that's kinda in the vein of Mis Sigs or this. I'd give their album like a 2.5-3 but they're one of the bands that's loaded with potential.
| |
oh well yeah but his screams are shit live lol
| |
Well I also gave Controller a 3, so......
| |
yeah its def a 4 bro
| |
Lol, it's the vocals man they really bother me. I'm gonna post a song from that bands EP in your shoutbox.
| |
I'm gonna call them a mix between Mis Sigs and Relentless era FTFD.
| |
i like this vessels song
| |
That's the best one on the album. The rest are pretty chug heavy if I remember correctly. But I really like that title track.
| |
they have more melodic guitar parts than both FTFD and MS. Cause MS pretty much sticks to chords 60% of the time
| |
Yeah their melody is what hooks me.
| |
yeah I like em. I'll pick up their EP if I can find it once I get paid next week
| |
i might buy this as well.
| |
such a great song, oh man.
| |
I'm fucking loving this
Probably my favorite screamer overall
| |
I love his vocals. You can make a case of them being monotonous but imo they are filled with passion. MisSigs
| |
song is absolutely mint
| |
Good
| |
dat breakdown hits so hard
| |
Damnit just submitted this.
| |
Yeah his vocals are unique. So clean sounding.
| |
agreed
