I used to love TFoT but Erak's new vocals just dont sit right with me

I still remember watching one of TFOT's video updates for ITUE and hearing Thomas speak the line "screaming is dead." I think he needs to realize 1) that statement is/was complete bullshit and 2) his clean vocals fall flat, his vocal strength lies in the more eccentric high-pitched shrieks showcased in the earlier TFOT albums and he should UTILIZE this strength! Tbh this sound like a shitty Coheed ripoff... as much as it pains me to say it.

Not bad. But made me just want to listen to The Fall of Troy. Poor guy will always have that in the background; no matter what he does musically.
