Great, now I can never listen to Dude Ranch the same way again....
| |
i'm going to assume this is the worst thing ever and move on
| |
also, remember when there was a modicum of standards for approving news articles?
| |
I know that everything know that everything know that everything
Everything's gonna be fine?
| |
no, autotune is why tom is better.
| |
pretty much what I expected, boring and lacking creativity.
| |
can't believe I stopped jamming Vektor to play that
| |
I just realized Owl City looks just like an emo Elliott Smith
| |
I'm liking how Young is pushing his voice and sounding a lot more aggressive in the chorus. If anything, Hoppus is the sissy on this track.
| |
Dude don't insult Elliott like that, this guy looks like a twat and Elliott looks like Professor Snape
| |
I liked it too, and for the haters, Owl City uses pitch correction, not autotune.
| |
i actually like it. adam sounded a lot like AVA era tom.
| |
that awkward moment when you roll up into campus bumping Owl City
| |
yea I'm not a fag so I wouldn't know about that. I roll into campus bumping demilich
| |
hmmm pretty dull, but more bearable than any of Owl City's other material
| |
Much better then anything Owl City has ever done before and I'd actually say it's because of the vocal effort Adam Young gives.
If only everything else in it was improved, I'd probably like the track. =/
| |
im with satty
| |
'also, remember when there was a modicum of standards for approving news articles?'
:[
| |
Bizarrely, I don't hate this. It's over-produced, but it's actually got quite a bit of energy behind it.
| |
'I liked it too, and for the haters, Owl City uses pitch correction, not autotune.' ummmmm..... Autotune is like Band-aid... it's the brand name of a product called the adhesive strip. Antares created 'Antares Autotune' which is just the brand name of the product which utilizes pitch correction among other things... so yea you're dumb
| |
and generally, when a plebian says a band uses auto tune, unless it's that gay tpain shit it's almost always in reference to key and hitting the right notes
| |
Anything Mark does, I'll give it an honest listen/viewing with an open mind. He's kept it real throughout his career.
| |
Different enough from his old stuff to listen to the whole thing, but still bad. Those lyrics . . .
| |
Ending a hook with "driving me crazy" belongs to Tom DeLonge. He solidified that with "After Midnight"
| |
Owl City aka. Shitty postal service rip-off done 5 years later.
| |
more like 10 years later. how i wish ben gibbard could make death cab anywhere near as cool as postal service
| |
Well Give up was like 2k3 and Owl City had that hit in like 2k8.
| |
werd, album seems so long ago. then again that would have been my what should be my 8th grade year so makes sense. either way, give up was so awesome.
| |
Yes. Give up is a fucking gem. Owl City is a fucking cunt and I hope he dies.
| |
Sounds like a blink song.
| |
Not that bad of a song, though I do keep thinking of Blink when I hear "Driving me crazy"
| |
I know eh
| |
"I liked it too, and for the haters, Owl City uses pitch correction, not autotune."
And why would pitch correction be any better than autotune, even if they were different? If you have to correct yourself with a computer, you are a talentless pussy. Pitch correction is actually worse in my opinion, as people use it because they can't sing. Autotune is used creatively (Although really badly in my opinion)
| |
what a weird collaboration
| |
i dont like calling this one guy 'owl city' i mean wat the hell
| |
...I don't hate this. It sounds like it could have been off Neighborhoods. The Owl City guy sounds like Tom to me.
| |
When will he stop doing Owl City and just go back to Port Blue
| |
"Owl City uses pitch correction, not autotune."
A real singer doesn't need pitch correction.
| |
i was wrong, owl city just got more homosexual. fail.
| |
There is one andcas. It's called Neighborhoods.
| |
Satellite what exactly were you looking for in this article? It said everything it needed to say and near as I see it there were no distracting grammer issues
